14-day returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Blouse pieces cut to length, made-to-order weaves, and jewellery (for hygiene reasons) are final sale unless faulty.
Email ithazhiboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return address and confirm once approved — please don't post items back before hearing from us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
